JMB A1 Finding a Voice Mar24

Description
One of the most important questions that an author must answer before writing any narrative
is: who is going to tell the story and from what perspective? In this course, we will consider the
different factors that affect how a writer answers this question by exploring a range of narrative
perspectives through the study of extracts from literary fiction – both classic and contemporary.
As well as attaining a deeper understanding of narrative crafting, the students will learn some
key terminology, practise the skills of textual analysis, and discuss their personal opinions.
